2. TOPLAMADIĞIMIZ VERİLER
Crossword Lane'de hesap oluşturulmaz. Adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız veya konumunuz toplanmaz. Oyun ilerlemeniz, istatistikleriniz ve tercihleriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bu kayıtlara erişimimiz yoktur.
3. İŞLENEN VERİLER, AMAÇLARI VE HUKUKİ SEBEPLERİ
a) Bulmaca içeriğinin indirilmesi. Bulmacalar ve ipucu görselleri Google Firebase Storage üzerinden cihazınıza indirilir. Bu sırada cihazınızın IP adresi ve genel cihaz bilgileri Google'ın sunucularına ulaşır; internetten dosya indiren her uygulamada bu teknik olarak kaçınılmazdır. İsteğin uygulamanın gerçek bir kopyasından geldiğini doğrulamak için Firebase App Check kullanılır. Hukuki sebep: sözleşmenin ifası ve meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-c ve m.5/2-f).
b) Abonelik ve satın alma. Premium+ ve Reklamsız abonelikleri RevenueCat, Inc. aracılığıyla App Store üzerinden yönetilir. Ödeme bilgileriniz uygulamaya hiçbir şekilde ulaşmaz; RevenueCat abonelik durumunuzu kimliğinizle değil, cihazınıza bağlı anonim bir tanımlayıcı ile takip eder. Hukuki sebep: sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c).
c) Ölçümleme ve hata ayıklama. Firebase Analytics ile hangi ekranların kullanıldığı, cihaz tipi, işletim sistemi sürümü ve uygulama sürümü gibi genel kullanım istatistikleri işlenir. Bu veriler kimliğinizle değil, cihazınızdaki uygulama kopyasına atanan bir "uygulama örneği kimliği" (app instance ID) ile ilişkilendirilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'deyseniz Firebase Analytics yalnızca uygulamanın gösterdiği rıza ekranında buna izin verdiyseniz çalışır; bu izni uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranındaki reklam gizlilik seçeneklerinden dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz ve ölçüm o anda durur. Firebase Crashlytics ile çökme ve tanılama raporları toplanır; bu raporlar hatanın oluştuğu cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve teknik yığın bilgisini içerir. Hukuki sebep: Crashlytics ve bu bölgeler dışındaki Analytics için meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f) — uygulamanın çalışır durumda kalması ve iyileştirilebilmesi; bu bölgelerdeki Analytics için açık rıza (GDPR m.6/1-a).
d) Reklamlar ve rıza yönetimi. Google AdMob aracılığıyla banner, geçiş ve ödüllü reklamlar gösterilir. Reklamların kişiselleştirilmesi ve ölçülmesi için cihazınızın reklam kimliği (iOS'ta IDFA) yalnızca izniniz dahilinde kullanılır. İzniniz iki ayrı yerden alınır: Google'ın UMP (User Messaging Platform) SDK'sı üzerinden gösterilen rıza ekranı ve iOS'ta Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency sorusu. İzin vermezseniz reklamlar gösterilmeye devam eder, ancak kişiselleştirilmez. Hukuki sebep: açık rıza (KVKK m.5/1).
Rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz: iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden izleme iznini kapatabilirsiniz. Uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranında reklam gizlilik seçenekleri sunulduğunda, reklam ve ölçüm rızanızı oradan da güncelleyebilirsiniz.
e) Kendi reklamlarımızın ölçülmesi. iOS'ta uygulama, Apple'ın AdServices çerçevesinden bir atıf belirteci alır ve bunu Apple'a ve RevenueCat'e gönderir. Apple'ın yanıtı, uygulamanın bir Apple Ads kampanyasından yüklenip yüklenmediğini ve yüklendiyse hangi kampanya, reklam grubu ve anahtar kelimeden geldiğini bildirir; bu yanıt reklam kimliği içermez ve App Tracking Transparency izni gerektirmez. Uygulama bu yanıtı c) bendindeki kullanım istatistikleriyle birlikte kaydeder; RevenueCat ise yanıtı b) bendindeki anonim abonelik tanımlayıcısıyla ilişkilendirir. Uygulama ayrıca bir reklamın yüklendiğini, gösterildiğini veya dokunulduğunu ve gösterilen her reklamın ne kadar gelir getirdiğini RevenueCat'e bildirir; böylece reklam ve abonelik gelirleri birlikte ölçülebilir. Firebase Analytics'in çalıştığı durumlarda (bkz. c) uygulama örneği kimliği RevenueCat ile paylaşılır; böylece satın almalar kullanım istatistikleriyle eşleştirilebilir. Hukuki sebep: meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f) — kendi kampanyalarımızdan hangilerinin oyuncu getirdiğini ve uygulamanın ne kadar gelir elde ettiğini bilmek.
4. YURT DIŞINA AKTARIM
Yukarıda sayılan hizmetlerin tamamı yurt dışı merkezli şirketlerce sağlanmaktadır; bu hizmetler kullanıldığı ölçüde verileriniz yurt dışında işlenmektedir:
- Google LLC (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) ve Google Ireland Limited — Firebase Storage, App Check, Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob ve UMP
- RevenueCat, Inc. (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) — abonelik durumunun yönetimi ile abonelik ve reklam gelirlerinin ölçülmesi
- Apple Inc. (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) — satın alma, faturalandırma, abonelik işlemleri ve Apple Ads atfı
Bu şirketlerin kendi işlemeleri bakımından kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
5. SAKLAMA
Cihazınızda tutulan veriler uygulamayı silene kadar kalır; uygulamayı kaldırmak bunları da kaldırır. Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi sıfırla seçeneğiyle de temizleyebilirsiniz. Yukarıdaki hizmetlerin kendi sunucularında tuttuğu veriler, ilgili sağlayıcının kendi saklama süreleri boyunca saklanır.
6. HAKLARINIZ
KVKK m.11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarım yapılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Avrupa Birliği'nde bulunuyorsanız, GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin kısıtlanmasını isteme, veri taşınabilirliği ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına da sahipsiniz; ayrıca bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

7. ÇOCUKLAR
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. Bilerek 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan veri toplanmaz.

Bu metinde yapılan önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir.
1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

2. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
Crossword Lane has no accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location. Your game progress, statistics, and preferences are stored only on your device, and we have no access to them.
3. WHAT IS PROCESSED, WHY, AND ON WHAT BASIS
a) Downloading puzzle content. Puzzles and clue images are downloaded to your device from Google Firebase Storage. During that request your device's IP address and general device information reach Google's servers — technically unavoidable for any app that downloads files over the internet. Firebase App Check is used to verify that the request comes from a genuine copy of the app. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
b) Subscriptions and purchases. Premium+ and Ad-Free subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, Inc. via the App Store. Your payment details never reach the app; RevenueCat tracks your subscription status using an anonymous identifier tied to your device, not to your identity. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
c) Measurement and diagnostics. Firebase Analytics processes general usage statistics such as which screens are used, device type, operating system version, and app version. This data is linked to an "app instance ID" assigned to the copy of the app on your device, not to your identity. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Firebase Analytics runs only if you allowed it on the consent screen the app shows; you can withdraw that at any time through the ad privacy options in the app's Settings screen, and measurement stops at once. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and diagnostic reports containing the device model, OS version, and technical stack information for the failure. Legal basis: for Crashlytics, and for Analytics outside those regions, legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the app working and being able to improve it; for Analytics within them, consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
d) Advertising and consent. Banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads are shown through Google AdMob. Your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) is used for ad personalisation and measurement only with your permission. That permission is requested in two places: the consent screen shown by Google's UMP (User Messaging Platform) SDK, and Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalised. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
You can withdraw consent at any time: turn off tracking under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where the app's Settings screen offers ad privacy options, you can also update your ad and measurement consent there.
e) Measuring our own advertising. On iOS, the app asks Apple's AdServices framework for an attribution token and sends it to Apple and to RevenueCat. Apple's answer says whether the app was installed from an Apple Ads campaign and, if so, which campaign, ad group and keyword; it contains no advertising identifier and needs no App Tracking Transparency permission. The app records that answer with the usage statistics in c), and RevenueCat links it to the anonymous subscription identifier in b). The app also reports to RevenueCat when an ad is loaded, shown or tapped and what each ad shown earned, so that ad and subscription revenue can be measured together. Where Firebase Analytics runs (see c), its app instance ID is shared with RevenueCat so that purchases can be matched with usage statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — knowing which of our own campaigns bring players and what the app earns.
4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
All of the services above are operated by companies outside Türkiye, so to the extent they are used your data is processed abroad:
- Google LLC (United States) and Google Ireland Limited — Firebase Storage, App Check, Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, and UMP
- RevenueCat, Inc. (United States) — subscription status management, and subscription and ad revenue measurement
- Apple Inc. (United States) — purchases, billing, subscription handling, and Apple Ads attribution
Each company's own privacy policy governs its own processing.
5. RETENTION
Data held on your device stays until you delete the app; removing the app removes it. You can also clear it with Settings → Reset progress. Data held on the above services' own servers is retained for those providers' own retention periods.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If you are in Türkiye, Article 11 of the KVKK gives you the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about that processing, to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction, erasure, or destruction, to require that those actions be notified to the recipients, to object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. CHILDREN
The app is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
8. CHANGES
Material changes to this policy are announced in the app, and the "Last updated" date above is revised.
